Please message us through Etsy before ordering if you would like a different color, size, or personalized detail. We will confirm whether the request is possible, the price, and the production time. Only select personalization when it is explicitly offered in the listing. All order details and payments stay on Etsy.
Check the size options and description of each listing before ordering. Room images show styling ideas and may not be to scale. Wall art listings state whether the print is framed or unframed. Pillow listings state the approximate dimensions and whether you receive a cover only or a pillow with an insert. Small production tolerances may occur. Contact us if you need help choosing a size for your wall, sofa, or armchair.
Wall art: handle prints with clean, dry hands and keep them away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Dust frames gently with a soft, dry cloth. Pillows and covers: follow the care label and the instructions in the specific listing, as fabrics and inserts can require different care. Do not assume every cover is machine washable. Ask us before cleaning if you are unsure.
Physical items are packed by our production partner for their product type and shipping journey. Decorative gift wrapping and gift messages are only included when expressly offered in the listing or at checkout. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages. For a time-sensitive gift, check the estimated delivery date before ordering and message us with any questions.
For larger quantities or coordinated pieces for a home, office, or hospitality space, message us with the designs, sizes, quantities, destination, and preferred delivery date. We will review production availability and provide a quote through Etsy. Bulk pricing is not automatic and depends on the products and order size.
Our physical products are made to order with Gelato. Free standard shipping is included for the destinations available in each listing. Production and transit times vary by product and destination; check the estimated delivery window at checkout. Tracking is provided when available. Different items may ship separately. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us within 6 hours if a correction is needed.
We accept cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase. For eligible physical items, contact us and send the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please message us first for return instructions and the correct return address; do not send returns to the address on the parcel without confirmation. Buyers pay return shipping and are responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges. Digital purchases follow the terms shown in their listings.
Please contact us through Etsy as soon as you notice an issue. Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the problem with our production partner and arrange the appropriate solution. You do not need to place a second order to report a problem.
Read the product type and included items in each listing. Physical prints, framed art, pillows, and pillow covers are shipped. A listing marked Digital Download contains files only; no physical product is shipped. Frames, inserts, and styling accessories are only included when expressly stated. Colors can vary slightly between screens, paper, and fabric because these materials reproduce artwork differently.
