Custom and personalized orders

Please message us through Etsy before ordering if you would like a different color, size, or personalized detail. We will confirm whether the request is possible, the price, and the production time. Only select personalization when it is explicitly offered in the listing. All order details and payments stay on Etsy.

Sizing details

Our current wall art is available in 12 × 18, 16 × 24 and 24 × 36 inch sizes where offered. Select the size on the listing before ordering. Room mockups are styling references and may not show exact scale; measure your wall first. Check each listing for orientation, materials and whether a frame is included. Small production tolerances may occur. Message us through Etsy if you need help choosing a size.

Care instructions

Handle paper prints with clean, dry hands, supporting the edges to avoid creases. Keep prints away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. For framed products, use a soft, dry cloth and follow any care instructions supplied with the frame. Do not apply water or household cleaning products directly to the print.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Physical items are packed by our production partner for their product type and shipping journey. Decorative gift wrapping and gift messages are only included when expressly offered in the listing or at checkout. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages. For a time-sensitive gift, check the estimated delivery date before ordering and message us with any questions.

Wholesale availability

For larger quantities or coordinated pieces for a home, office, or hospitality space, message us with the designs, sizes, quantities, destination, and preferred delivery date. We will review production availability and provide a quote through Etsy. Bulk pricing is not automatic and depends on the products and order size.

Production and free standard shipping

Our physical prints are made to order with Gelato. Please allow 5–10 business days for preparation, plus carrier transit time. Free standard shipping applies to the destinations shown in each listing. Check the estimated delivery window at checkout; holiday arrival is not guaranteed. Tracking is provided when available, and items may ship separately. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Cancellations and returns

We accept cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase. For eligible physical items, contact us and return the item within 14 days of delivery. Please message us first for instructions and the correct return address; do not return to the parcel address without confirmation. Buyers pay return shipping and are responsible for loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us through Etsy as soon as you notice an issue. Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the problem with our production partner and arrange the appropriate solution. You do not need to place a second order to report a problem.

Physical products, digital files, and colors

Our current listings are physical paper prints or selected framed posters; no digital download is included. Check each listing for exactly what you receive. A frame is included only when explicitly stated. Room images are digital mockups; furniture and accessories are not included. Artwork is developed with AI tools under seller direction. Painterly and embroidered effects are printed visual details, not raised paint or actual stitching. Colors may vary slightly between screens and print.
