Cancellations and returns
We accept cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase. For eligible physical items, contact us and send the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please message us first for return instructions and the correct return address; do not send returns to the address on the parcel without confirmation. Buyers pay return shipping and are responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges.
